Product introduction
1.SOPSWU901 is a wall-mount, clamp- on type ultrasonic flowmeter which use the transfer time technology. Clamp on type ultrasonic flowmeter is easy to install and no need to cut off the pipe, that saves you lots of troubles and cost,At the same time SOPSWU901 has our unique calculate software to ensure the high accuracy and low velocity response.
2.It adopts TGA time measurement algorithm independently developed by us. TGA measurement technology greatly improves the sampling rate of FT101 ultrasonic flowmeter, and the measurement rate can be more than 300 times per second. Compared with other brands of products, it has greatly improved the tolerance rate of bubbles in the measured pipe diameter. It can tolerate continuous bubbles for up to 5 seconds.
3.The signal strength is increased, and it has greater penetration to all kinds of scale, rust in the pipe and lining in the pipe. The maximum allowable load is 18mm in cement. With the enhanced version of the sensor, the measurement norm (practical application) of the external clamp sensor can reach 2000 mm.

6.There are two kinds of transducers for ultrasonic flowmeter: clamp-on transducer and plug-in transducer.
7.The transducer adopts our unique manufacturing technology and matching technology, and the zero range can be controlled within 0.03 m/s. The time difference between each pair of sensors is less than 2 nanoseconds, thus effectively ensuring the authenticity of the measured time difference.
8.The clamp-on sensor is easy to install and flexible. In the installation process, there is no need to stop the machine
and stop the water. Especially for the measuring medium with strong acid and alkali, accurate flow can be obtained only by clamping and installing it outside the pipe wall.
