This load cell is a variation of the compression load cell and features a through-hole design for use as a load washer to measure bolt loading, clamping forces, and overloads. Mainly used to measure and monitor the axial preload of a bolted joint. It can be used to improve the reliability and safety of bolted connections and to prevent loosening or over-tightening of bolts. It can reflect the contact interface stiffness and clamping force of bolted joints and detect or quantify the degree of bolt tightness.The inner hole size can be customized.
