KTR series miniature return spring linear displacement transducers use potentiometer (conductive plastic element) measurement with ranges from 5 to 100mm. The sensors give repeatability of 0.01mm and outstanding linearity of 0.1% maximum.
These ruggedized sensors are ideal for use in checking the flatness or thickness of panels of various materials. Can also be used in space-limited places or for valves or mechanical parts when the rod cannot be attached to the moving object.
